Safety and risks
LoopUP is a noncustodial interface. It cannot move your funds, reverse a transaction or recover a lost wallet.
These contracts are new and have not been through a third-party audit. Only use amounts you can afford to lose.
Who can do what
No one can move your tokens, change a launch after it is made, or touch locked liquidity. A few addresses have narrow powers:
| Factory owner | Approves pair assets, sets the launch fee (capped at 0.01 ETH), opens or closes new launches. Affects future launches only. Can renounce, which freezes these settings for good. |
| KOL operator | Registers verified KOL wallets on chain so they can call. It cannot pay anyone: KOL money only ever leaves the contract to the KOL who earned it, or to the burn. |
| Guardian | Can remove a KOL, cancel an abusive call (its earnings are burned) and replace the operator. Cannot send money anywhere. |
| Burn keeper | Times the buy-and-burn and the release of assets without a pool (see Protocol burn). |
Things to check every time
- The contract address matches the one the creator published.
- The extra creator tax on the About tab.
- The price impact and minimum received in the trade panel.
LoopUP will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase.
