What we collect
- Wallet address when you connect a wallet, to show your positions and to sign you in for social features.
- Social activity you create: follows, comments, likes and profile details.
- Uploaded images such as token images.
- Technical data such as device type and approximate location from your IP address, for security and analytics.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your private keys or recovery phrase. We do not require your name, email address or identity documents to use the interface.
Public blockchain data
Transactions on the blockchain are public and permanent. LoopUP cannot delete or change them.
How we use data
- To run the Platform, show token and portfolio data, and enable social features.
- To detect abuse, fraud and security incidents.
- To measure and improve the product.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that host the Platform, provide node access and run analytics, and when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your choices
We keep social data while your profile exists and delete it on request where we can. Contact admin@loopup.fun to ask about your data. Blockchain records cannot be removed.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date.
